COVID19 

While we are operating as normal in safe surroundings, we are using our local postal service Royal Mail as it is the closest and safest option to me as a small business. All parcels will be dispatched within 48hours of order placed, however in the current circumstances we cannot guarantee delivery within the normal time frame. Royal Mail are working with limited staff and resources therefore delays are inevitable. We are seeing parcels which take two days normally arriving in 14days. This is unfortunately out of our hands but totally understandable with what is happening in the world right, safety of staff is priority. 

We have decided against using courier companies as an alternative due to the fact of the size and nature of our parcels. It would simply be a much higher cost to post however if you wish your parcel sent via Parcel Force please get in touch and we can adjust the postage amount to the new total payable.

Deliveries are within 2-4 working days of placing your order. 


We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.
Deliveries to the following locations may take up to two working days longer:
• The Scottish Highlands & Islands
• The Isle of Wight
• The Isle of Man

Ireland

Standard Delivery - Up to 5 working days - £5.00

International Delivery

Standard Delivery - £20.00 - Signed & Tracked

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase from J-Beau, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days from when you receive your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labels attached (not removed).

Regrettably, for hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange jewellery, hair accessories or cosmetic items.

Please include your name, order number and reason for return.


You will be contacted by email once your order has been approved for return which will include a unique returns number. Please include this number on the space provided on the returns sheet and include with parcel to be sent back.

  • We recommend all returns are sent by recorded delivery service.

  • J-Beau does not accept liability for any lost or damaged goods in the post

  • Returns made without a returns number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds will be made from the original method of payment

  • Credit card & Debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank

  • We do not accept liability for the length of time for banks to process these refunds

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
