Who is J-Beau?


J-Beau is an independent online fashion boutique. A working mum who has a passion of all things fashion.




Have you received my return?


At present we do not notify customers when we receive their return, you can use your postage receipt to track your order. We advise to allow up to 14 working days for a refund to be processed, once we process this we will send you an email.




Can I return an item if it is marked?


We will not accept any returns that have marks or make up on, if you receive your item in this state please fill out the contact form on our contact page.




I forgot to put my discount code in, what can I do?


Unfortunately once an order has been processed we are unable to add the discount code.




Has my order been shipped?


Standard UK and International delivery will always be shipped by the next working day unless you order an item on Pre-order. Please note if you order on a Saturday or Sunday the order will be despatched on Monday, except for Bank Holiday weekends when it will be despatched the following Tuesday.




Do you accept Student Discount?


Not currently, however please sign up to our mailing list for exclusive discounts.




Do you collaborate with blogger & influencers?


Yes, we are always on the look out to build new relationships and colloborate. Please get in touch at j-beauonline@outlook.com




What payment methods do you accept?


You can checkout using all major credit & debit cards via secure Wix Payments and via Paypal checkout. You do not require to have a paypal account for this. Simply checkout as a guest. Alternatively if you have a PayPal account you can checkout and complete your purchase using this method.




Can I become a stockist?


Yes! We are delighted to now be offering wholesale for business customers. Our trade website will be up and running shortly. In the meantime get in contact if you are interested in becoming a J-Beau Accessory stockist.
